Job vacancy - Manager/Asst Manager:

In addition to the role of baker, the manager will be responsible for:

• The day to day performance of the shop
• Cashing up every day and completing daily returns
• Completing stocktaking and purchase orders for the shop
• Supervising the performance of the staff in their roles
• Managing the hours roster
• The tills, the cash float, and any other monies pertaining to the shop’s running
• Ensuring the shop meets targets on cleanliness, hours, machines, sales, stock, waste reduction.

• Be hard working and dedicated member of the team
• Have a high level of cleanliness and integrity
• Be prepared to help out in areas outside their normal duties
• Have a confident command of English language.
• Be presentable and conform to the same dress code.
