Looe
Looe is a perfect example of a beautiful, quaint Cornish fishing village. Looe is made up of two villages on either side of the river Looe, East Looe is the busier commercial village with shops, hotels, restaurants, cafes and the fish market. West Looe is the quieter picturesque side with cottages, hotels and shops. A bridge with seven arches joins the two villages.

The shop
This was the first ever Cornish Bakehouse Shop. It began trading in 1995 under the name of “Cornish Savouries”, though the name was changed to Cornish Bakehouse in 1996. The shop is located in the main shopping high street in East Looe and is a favourite with locals and regular holidaymakers alike.
