He likes to travel, and has been highly successful in bringing new cuisines back to Cornwall, serving both tourists and locals to his own high standards at his numerous food venues in St Ives.

David Christophers (Director) is the ‘battery’ that has accelerated the expansion of Cornish Bakehouse U.K. With his positive attitude, sense of humour and relentless quest for excellence in all the shops he oversees, he has become a popular and reliable member of the team.
